Used various snow removal services in Whitehorse for 4 years and reached out to this company to give them a chance. Immediate reply and attendance to provide reasonable quote and committed to attending the following day. Arrived exactly when promised and did a quick and fantastic job removing our pile of snow and scraping the area right down to the cement. Excellent communication, commitment, and professionalism. Thank you Yukon Jack Services Ltd. For showing up when you said you would and doing a great job on clearing our snow!
3 companies over 2 weeks and finally had someone show up AND do what was requested.
That level of "service"should be the norm, but sadly the norm in these types of industries (yardwork, construction, etc) I have found is to overbook and not communicate to your client when there's delays, so I really appreciate companies that follow through.
Not to mention, Kai offers seniors discounts and even will hand shovel to unearth your steps if it's required.
PLUS he has a bigger skidsteer so can do the work in less time than most which gives you more $$ towards that winter getaway 💕🌞
