I recently had a disappointing experience with Tom from Wylie Ford company. As a customer, I had hoped for a friendly and cooperative interaction, but instead, I was met with impatience and rudeness. Despite needing only 20 seconds to coordinate before he could begin his job, Tom responded with the unprofessional comment, "It's Friday afternoon. I want to go home. Its hot today!" His short temper and lack of customer service skills were evident, and his threat to leave only added to the tension. I don't mind if he wants to leave, but there's no need to start an argument or make unnecessary comments. It would be nice if he could learn how to defuse situations before they escalate. Overall, my experience with Tom was unpleasant and disappointing. It should be noted, however, that despite his poor attitude, Tom's skills at pressing buttons were great. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently once he started working.
