The superintendents are rude judgemental and disrespectful. I am currently renting an apartment there and I needed a co signer which was fine. My co signer doesn't like my adult son or try to understand the mental health issues he is dealing with so she said something to the property management people and for no reason given all of the sudden my son is not allowed on the property. He has not done anything to anybody here to be told this and as he is homeless i can let him in my apartment to allow him a shower a meal or even a good nights sleep when he needs it, so he has caused a few minor issues on my balcony where he has been found sleeping in the freezing cold and it breaks my heart every time they call to police to have him removed from the property.

Not only do they tell you who can and can't visit you but they also tell you what you can and can't have on your balcony. My advise is to look for residency far far away from these guys.

As of November 2024, Homestead has implemented paid parking for visitors. As if their inflated confiscatory apartment rental rates weren't enough income, they are now greedily trying to make money from caregivers, delivery people, and friends of their paying renters. This company should be avoided, and anyone looking for an apartment should look elsewhere, since no one is going to want to come visit you for $10 or more each time.
