For some reason irent feel the need to have guys with leaf blowers out every single morning from 7-9am. They serve 0 purpose except to generate noise and waste money. The leaves are fine, leave them there. I literally watch them blow dust/debris through the parking garages against people's cars. This needs to stop. Garbage cleanup would be faster and more efficient with a picker.

We would like to express our appreciation for the recent administrative changes at Wonderland.

Tanya the new manager has been exceptionally impressive and highly efficient. Her depth of knowledge has address our inquiries promptly, eliminating the previous necessity of in-person visits and verbal communications regarding rental charges and parking issues that was ongoing for months.

We are finally experiencing a more organized parking at Wonderland, which has significantly reduced the instances of unauthorized cars in our designated lots. This improvement has reduced the frustrations we previously faced when having to fight our paid parking spaces at the office every day just to be told to park on a visitor lot or some lot that was not ours then being told by another resident that the lot was assigned to them by the same office.
Thank you Tanya for your knowledge and hard work and Harmon for helping us with getting the parking tag.

Although we haven't moved in yet I have to write and say how impressed with the whole application process. Harmon was especially amazing and great to work with. She answered my questions even though it was her day off. It was a quick easy process and I am looking forward to moving day.

I recently moved in at Auburn Park and I've had a great experience so far. I also know several people who live/have lived here and they've only had good things to say about it. Harmon helped me find the perfect apartment - she's the best! The first apartment we viewed wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it was like she read my mind because the second apartment was perfect. I'm happy it's now my home! Harmon is extremely responsive and communicative, and genuinely wants to help. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth application and move-in process. In fact, everyone I've met here so far is wonderful! The community is great, the location is amazing, and I love my apartment! Thanks, Harmon & Auburn Park 🙂

I have been living at Auburn Park in London for almost a year and a half. We have very large grounds that are beautifully maintained with a beautiful pool that has a life guard on duty at all times. Maintenance is also very quick at responding to your repair requests. My building is cleaned daily by a lady named Alicia who keeps everything clean and disinfected.

FYI!!! DO NOT TRUST this reviews!!!

Nothing but problem the day 1 of the lease, let me correct even before we moved in!!!

Most importantly.

When it comes to fixing a leak in lobby, apparently maintenance guys have keys and just walks in your apartment without permission. But when you get locked out, the “after hours emergency, won’t even help you out. They will ask you to call locksmith, and not willing to help at all. Even when there were sales agent running around the building. There is a dog in there panicking. But eh, once your sale is made who cares right? “

Rent advertised is not the real rent, parking price advertised is not real either and also forcing all tenants to rent setup preauth debit.

I have everything preauth debit( don’t really mind), but after saying no, knowing you guys are going to charge extra on top of what was on the lease, don’t really want to do that. But they charged double anyway. Took a while to resolve that and the attitude from the rental lady, dear lord that lady is behaves like she is paying us to work there. No apology or anything.

Once that was fixed:
Parking has been a issue ever since, got some else parked on our spot for several times, kept moving us, leaving us no choice to park near the neighbourhood. Obviously they won’t take responsibility for that.

Rent increase has been sent, still it’s not clear what we really have to pay.

Several things were broken and not fixed before we moved in which we were told they will fix before we will. Almost a year is up and nothing is being fixed yet.

When we moved in, entire apartment was disgustingly dusty. Ended up being our responsibility.

There was a leak outside the apartment, they apparently send a maintenance guy walking in the apartment while we were sleeping without any notice or anything. Would have gladly reported it as you have to give atleast 24 hours notice to enter, but thought wasn’t the fault of maintenance guy, probably rude and racist rental office lady.

Just because haven’t raised a issue about those things doesn’t mean we can’t. Please don’t take advantage of your nice tenants.

I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment with the recent experience we had. While things initially seemed promising, the reality was quite the opposite. Unfortunately, the process ended up being a significant waste of our time over the past three weeks.

I appreciate transparency and professionalism in any engagement, but this experience fell short in those areas. I hope future interactions can be handled with more consideration for others' time and expectations.
