Once again, the customer service we’ve received from Wolf Creek - Sylvan Lake, and especially Carlen Chorney their sales consultant, has been truly exceptional!! As last years flooring project went so well with Carlen’s help we decided to ask for his assistance again in replacing our countertops with quartz. Within three weeks of placing our order, our new countertops were installed. The install went perfectly but unfortunately a slight manufacturer’s flaw was discovered in the breakfast bar. The flaw in the slab was not detected during the cutting process as it was only visible in a specific angle of natural light and as luck would have it, our dining room window delivers exactly that! Carlen insisted the bar must be either fixed or replaced. He went above and beyond and contacted the supplier to arrange for replacement. Again, in record time the breakfast bar was replaced and our countertops are now perfect!! We cannot recommend the services of this local business and especially Carlen high enough!

Wonderful company - amazing customer service. Carlen and Knas. so kind and knowledgeable. It is rare to see this kind of caring for their customer (who knows not much) - they have walked me through this journey to put new quartz counters in my little place - I cannot recommend highly enough.
