Ça fait deux mois que ça traîne. Ce n'est pas acceptable. Les travaux sont arrêtés. La moisissure n'a pas été nettoyée. Winmar ne nous donne pas de nouvelles. Nous commençons à être très mécontents avec winmar. Notre compagnie d'assurance commence aussi à être très mécontente.

Winmar was the restoration specialist from my insurance company. Claude was super nice and patient. He came twice to review damage to roof, always in a timely fashion, he checked several times the progress on the redo of the roof by the roofer from the insurance company. This “checking on progress” is great for people who don’t know anything about roofing ! Very thankful.

Things started out well. They sent an estimator to my place to look at the extensive water damage from a leaking basement floor. The estimate was done and a quote was sent a couple days later. I immediately replied that I wanted to go ahead with the work. Two weeks later...no answer of any sort. I sent another email asking for a timeline on getting the work done, along with a few other minor questions. Another week and a half goes by before I get an answer. I'm told their schedule is filling up quickly, but they can probably do the work the following week. I immediately reply that yes, that works for me. Another week and a half has passed since then, and I haven't heard a word from them. Meanwhile, my basement is disgusting. This company - and the individual I've been dealing with - is unprofessional and incompetent. I would strongly urge everyone to avoid Winmar.

Our Insurance company Allstate from start to finish was amazing..Had a broken pipe in our dining room ceiling from our bath tub upstairs and water was come through the ceiling spilling onto our dining room table and floor,,,never had a claim before but Allstate and Winmar Dieppe were amazing..Within one hour of the call to the claims department at Allstate, Winmar was already on the phone with my wife make arrangements to come over..We were very impressed..Within a week Winmar was in and out and our tub is back working our ceiling was torn apart and repaired and painted and all is very good. We were especially impressed by how profession and detail and clean Winmar was for the over all repairs. They had that room totally sealed off and the floor was all coverd and their was little to no dust or dirt in our home..Hope I don't need insurance work again, but for sure we would want Winmar and we highly recommend them to anybody needing small our major repairs..

Arrived super fast to help with water leak problem. Repairs took a couple of weeks to complete so patience is needed. Really pleased with the results, thank you again.

The worst ever. They started the demolition of our basement then they let us down. No news from them for 5 weeks. They do not return our calls. We are going to report them to our insurance company and find another contractor.
