Contracted to replace kitchen ceiling due to water damage. Sent in "landscapers" to carry out demo and reinstall new drywall. Not impressed with drywall installation. Job that should take 4 days at best is now going on 12 days. Tradesmen show up one day, tasked to another job next day, come back another day.

Our initial contact with Steve has been excellent. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Steve's calming manner will always be appreciated as we move forward. Within hours his crew arrived at our home to secure it until the next steps in the process begins. Winmar Fredericton was highly recommended and we can see why!

We were shocked to discover water in our basement family room under our flooring. Steve & Brandon responded to our call immediately on a Friday evening and quickly delivered a dehumidifier to start the drying process. They met with our insurance adjuster soon after and established what needed to be done. Once we picked out new flooring, we scheduled a timeline based on the flooring eta with them. Winmar’s crews were very friendly, on-time & efficient. They stuck to the timeline and had everything ripped out and finished in 5 days. This made the whole ordeal much easier on our family.

Our son was sick and we were having trouble getting his bedding cleaned. We took it to the winmar location and they allowed us to use their heavy duty washing machine. Very professional and extremely helpful!

I came home Friday April 14, 2023 and when I got to my apartment my entrance door to my apartment was left unlocked. That isn't really professional according to Winmar's website. If someone from the building entered my apartment and took any of my things Winmar and the owner of the apartment building would be sued big time.

A job promised to be 2-2 1/2 weeks was still ongoing after 7 weeks, when we finally fired them. My elderly parents were out of their home that entire time. We were left with much unfinished work, a mess, garbage to clean up and some shoddy craftsmanship. Days would go by without anyone showing up. We were told flooring was ordered and on back order, when in fact it was never ordered. Poor communication, ethics and accountability.
