I had some wind damage and had to have my house completely resided. They performed then work on time and in a very professional manner. Especially the head carpenter Brad and my contact Bonnie.

Also my steps had to be removed to replace the siding. Great job on this as well.

I would highly recommend this company they make sure it is done right.

Absolutely terrible company to have do any work for you.
My insurance company uses them as their claims vendor, I waited nearly 12 months for a siding repair job.
Was lied to about numerous items, for example Bonnie advised me the garage roof was inspected and fine, the roofing company they use confirmed for me that they hadn't even inspected the garage roof after I got up myself to inspect and got pictures of the damaged shingles myself (same day)
She told my insurance company that I wasn't making the property available for her paint and plaster guy (who wae quitting in 3 days) when I had less than 12 hours notice and needed to make arrangements for the dog to be out so a stranger in the house wouldn't be a concern.
Over 5 months waiting on a kitchen stove vent fan that was "on order" and the list goes on.
I can't recommend strongly enough staying away from this company and if zero stars was an option thats what I'd go with over the required one star to post a review.

I called at 8am today and spoke to a guy named Troy who works for Winmar. He said he would be right over to check our RV that we found had a leak and developed mold. We rented a hotel last night after discovering it since we thought it could be toxic. Troy arrived and walked through all the areas that had damage. He diagnosed each area was super knowledgeable. He connected us to a plumber that he forwarded photos to and gave us clear recommendations on how to remedy the issue and what products to use. Troy was Very professional and helpful. At the end I asked what we owed him for the advice and he just said glad I could help and there was no charge. Can’t ask for better service. Highly recommended!! 5stars

Great customer service. I had water damage in my kitchen and Winmar was able to restore my kitchen as good as new. They were easy to deal and worked around my schedule and as a result they were able to get the work done without any disruptions to my family. Would recommend in the future!

After snowmageddon I had a leak in the main floor of my house. Troy called me back and within 30 minutes of the call he was at my house. Inspected with a infrared machine and looked for hot spots. He then proceeded to go into my attic where he found 2 small pans of ice and removed them. He inspected the rest of the attic and assured me all was well. Since then I have had to call in back on another issue and he was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and took the time to explain to me the issue I had now going on, not related to the leak, he went and described the problem and a solution. He reassured me on both issues I have spoke to him about. I trust and value his opinion and I know I am not being lead astray. I find solice in what he said and I know I'm not being given the run around.

Great service. Highly professional with detailed estimates and description of work to be done. More importantly, they consistently deliver on time and the work is done to a very high standard.
I first hired Winmar for a very challenging job to remove three industrial boilers at Holland Nurseries a few years ago. They did an outstanding job and have been our go-to company for all of our building repair and restoration work, whether large or small, ever since.
We've also called on Winmar to take care of a number of home repair projects and have been more than pleased with every job they have done. Beyond the consistent high quality of their work, I have been especially impressed by the way in which the people at Winmar deal with unexpected problems they run into from time to time and the creative solutions they come up with to deal with these problems.
I have no hesitation in giving Winmar here in St. John's an enthusiastic 5-star rating.
