Highly recommended! Amazing customer service! After pumping the tank we realized we had a broken pipe. Steve went out of his way to take pictures and sent them to a plumber to advise him it was urgent. All was fixed very quickly! He replies to phone messages promptly and was here in no time flat. Very grateful we found him!

After a bad experience with a different company - they were awful!! - I had an amazing experience with Wine Country Waste & Septic.

When I called, I had to leave a message first. But, within 10 minutes, Steve called me back and WOW!!!

He was friendly and available! He showed up within a couple hours and fixed my original problem (a seriously plugged up holding tank) plus the mess that the previous company (Darlorn Septic Services) had left me with. He was professional, listened to my issue, and was very respectful and courteous throughout the whole time he was here. He was very conscientious in his approach and made sure the job was done fully, and done right.

He is a local guy and if you want to support a GREAT local business, you'll be very happy with Steve and the job he does. I'm very happy with the results.

Steve was amazing. He fixed my septic problem in about 30 seconds. Great trouble shooting. Steve and the younger fellow with him were very pleasant, professional, efficient. I would never use any other septic service than Wine Country Waste and Septic. A thousand thank yous to these gents.
