I've emailed several times and only got one response that didn't even answer the question I asked. Other companies I've emailed to compare home prices were kind and actually answered the basic questions I had. They seem to not care if they get your buisness.

Since i have bought my home..i have had constanst problems with my skirting. Half my trailer bottom is out because they cut the pieces to short and still after realizing this...never fully fixed the problem. They could have simply fixed all of it the first time instead of just the few pieces they did....I just drove around for an hour at 4 am to see if the wind took out anyone elses skirting.....noone else has this problem. My brand new fridge went down over the long weekend and the rep ignored my call. He could have easily told me that i had to contact Samsung for repair...but no..my wife had to call him 3 days later and then he told her..after i lost all my food....this trailer is just a year old.....i would never again deal with these guys. They still havent had my broken door replaced, the one year touchups still arent done and its all going to shift and crack again...DO NOT BUY

I don't know where to begin! Remember all the horror stories of females who take their vehicle for service and get ripped off? Well be prepared because this is one of the worst experiences that you will have! And don't bother sending an email to the manager, as that only makes things worse. He didn't even acknowledge that he even read it let alone trying to address any of the issues that I was having. Hands down the worst experience that I have ever had. The manager has no customer service at all and I feel that he tells his staff to lie to their customers to make them "go away". If I could give a negative rating, it would be the bottom rate.
