It sounds like you've found a real place to call home! The staff here are incredibly kind, respectful, and caring towards the tenants, and the other residents are equally wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming, grateful, and nice to live alongside neighbors.
Paula, the manager, is especially fantastic—always supportive and friendly to everyone.
The operation, maintenance, and cleaning team are very kind and always willing to fix things as fast as possible.

I have lived here since Sept/21 and very happy to be here. After meeting Paula, the Manager when viewing the apartment, I was convinced that I should move here as she was very professional, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable with the lease agreement and move-in process. There was just a small problem with the closet rack which was promptly fixed. I have had no issues nor any other problems.

The building is kept clean and the sidewalk clear of snow regularly by maintenance staff 👍. I can attest that all this is due to good management by Paula. She is very accommodating, patient and has time for the tenants. I hope Boardwalk appreciates Paula she's great 👍

Westmoreland has been my home for 40 years, and I've really loved living here. Our current manager, Paula, is extremely kind and caring and always willing to help me in any way she can. I'm especially grateful for her help when I had a heart attack two months ago. Her quick response played a huge part in my getting to the hospital in time. I truly appreciate her kindness. She is a wonderful person! Thank you, Paula!

I love my one bedroom apartment here at Westmoreland. Paula the on-site manager is responsive to tenants' concerns and is concerned for their comfort, safety and security. That is her first concern. If there is an issue that she can't resolve to your satisfaction, she tries to offer alternative ideas and options. Sometimes, landlords are not always able to resolve every issue so as renters we too need to be flexible, but when it comes to safety and security, Paula is on it. In fact, I have seen Boardwalk security do checks from time-to-time on the locked outside doors in the evenings. We have young families, older folks, and people with mobility issues. Since I have been here since early August 2021, the building alarm system is tested monthly, the fire extinguishers were independently inspected and re-certified in 2021 and also now in March 2022. I know this because the new blue certification tags are very visible. I blacked out the by part because I don't want to identify which floor I live on as it is close to my unit. I was reading earlier reviews a few years back about the elevator complaints. Since I have been here, the elevator works perfectly! In fact, I have seen Boardwalk's contracted elevator maintenance company on-site working on the elevator - it was the only day when the elevator was briefly out of service. I have even seen the vestibule doors were upgraded this past fall and the automatic door-openers for the mobility assisted people were also maintained. Quiet building. While this is an older building, considering its age, it is well maintained. Convenient shopping and services are easily accessible.

Paula is an amazing building manager. My two bedroom suite has amazing appliances and kitchen sink. Tons of storage . Master bedroom with half bath including shower very nice size. Highly recommended checking us out.

I have lived in this Boardwalk building since late May, 2020. I am so happy I chose this place. I love my spacious suite, the building is kept clean, the laundry room has new machines, the other tenants are friendly and I feel safe here. Being able to have my dog move on too is so awesome

I really enjoy my new flat, the flat is nice and clean, well mentioned , the neighbour's are quiet and friendly. The administrator Paula is very friendly and helpful, she helpd me with finding a flat appropriate for me , also was really supportive with the moving process, with accomodating us in the building, she was helpful and friendly to , I m really happy with my decision to move in Westmoreland.
