I recently had to contact this company because of a problem I was experiencing due to construction where I live. I have to say that I did not expect great results because I was dealing with a large company and why would they care about me? I was so pleasantly surprised at every point of contact in dealing with Westdell. From the very first person I spoke to. I was never just passed off even though some I spoke to were not the ones who would be able to help. They made sure I got to the right person and followed up. And......Ali called me at home in the evening to address my concern. Thank you you have no idea how appreciated this was!

Their plow driver purposely blocked in my car with a 2 foot tall pile of snow and when I emailed them to notify them of the situation as some damage happened to my car they never returned my email or made any attempt to contact me.
