Thank you so much to Kevin and Mike from the Westbow team who helped the Erickson‘s with their deficiencies list repairs on their home and were here on very short notice when we had a problem with the furnace, which was quickly repaired. Bought our Home from Westbow in the Elk Creek Estates project in Chilliwack. Love the house and have a great experience dealing with Westbow. We have had a few small issues as with most new builds and they are quick to have their team come check it out and rectify the issue in short order. I would recommend Westbow to anyone looking for a quality home at a great price point.

Our place is only two years old and honestly it has been an absolute nightmare. We are the second owners as of July 2021. We have been emailing Westbow Care since October 2021 about several issues with our house including terrible windows and sliding doors that were improperly installed so there is a draft on all three floors. During the winter our Hydro and Fortis bills have been almost double the price of our last place that was 200 square feet bigger. We had Norm from Westbow come in to inspect the house and cover the tech cable (which was a huge concern, dangerous and should have been covered when the house was built. If anyone hit the tech cable in the garage they could die). Norm was surprised about the tech cable and agreed the windows should be covered under warrany... but months later we hear nothing back from Westbow until we follow up and find out Norm no longer works there. We have emailed several times to get everything covered under warranty and it seems like Westbow keeps stalling to come fix our issues until the rest of the complex is built and these issues are no longer covered under warranty. I have been trying to be patient but today we had a huge leak between our den and kitchen caused by a faulty elbow. As of right now, I highly recommend NOT purchasing a house built by Westbow.

Tom from customer care went the extra mile to help us with a small leak from our faucet.

We reported the leak and within a day had Tom swing by with his tool kit ready to help. He spent a little time fiddling and seemed to fix the leak.

Before he left he kindly mentioned that it was no problem for him to stop in and help, and that if his fiddling hadn’t fixed the issue, to let him know and he’d come back.

Well, unfortunately his fix didn’t last. Tom came back just as promptly as the first round and brought Matt along this time. Both with smiles and a happy to help approach, they opted to swap the sink, without charge, to ensure that things were right for us.

Employees like Tom and Matt give Westbow what every customer wants when purchasing a home: care, peace of mind, professionalism, promptness, kindness and they instil faith into you that the job was done right.

(I should also mention that Taylor was kind enough to ask if customer care could help, even though the sink was past warranty!)
