I moved here 3 years ago and am very happy that I did. It is in a good location and the building is lovely-well cared for with beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers surrounding the property. There are patios or decks with each unit. It is an adult building and no pets allowed. The staff (Shaunalee, Larry, Dave and Jane are incredible). They are friendly, courteous, prompt in responding to any unit or building issues. They organize several free events on site for the residents. Christmas dinner this year was great! There is underground parking with storage units. Bus stop is close. Fitness Unit is easily accessed. Rent is reasonable. I would highly recommend Wellington Court Apartments.

Moved in late August ‘24. Retired, decided to downsize from two story home. Took ground floor unit. New paint, light fixtures, fridge and window coverings, all supplied by property owner. Building maintenance beautiful, hallways and common areas immaculate. Any issues are resolved quickly. Microwave failed, replaced immediately, no questions asked. On site management always available and beyond helpful. They show real concern for residents. Parking garage well lite and clean, parking lot and walks clear of snow. Feel very fortunate to have found this apartment. It all comes down to exceptional management, architecture and maintenance. Our expectations were high. Results even better. Rating should be 6 stars. A concrete and steel constructed building, makes for a very quiet apartment. Apartments are always repainted and prepared in an as new condition. The amenities are more than adequate and always kept very clean. It is a mature residency and the building managers are great to deal with and always very attentive and pleasant to deal with. This building is the best value for the dollar in Edmonton. It is my sanctuary.

My wife and I are in our 8th year living here and are still thoroughly enjoying our home.
We have always found the staff to be courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly.
Any concerns or issues, of which have been extremely few, have always been addressed promptly.
The building, grounds, underground, and outside parking area are exceptionally maintained year-round.

I recently moved to Wellington Court Apartments, Ellerslie, in May 2024, and I very much have enjoyed the experience living in this apartment complex. The building offers a very good workout facility which is a great amenity to have for the residents and the underground parking is a bonus. The onsite management staff are excellent, very professional, friendly and provide great service to the tenants, and they are a very valuable asset to the complex. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for apartment living in Edmonton.

My wife and I moved in 10 months ago and we love it here. The people are frendly and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. We are celebrating our 60th wedding aniversary this year and feel so pleased that we are living in such a beautiful place. The heated garage tops it off, especially in this cold winter weather. The managers; Larry and Shaunalee are the best! We have no hestitation in reccomending Wellington Court Apartments to all who are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

I am so pleased to have found Wellington Court. I decided to downsize and sell my home. No more lawns to cut or snow to shovel. After I was given a tour I was sold!. Wellington is so clean, classy and Quiet. All the neighbours are always so friendly. The management team have been so kind and helpful. Now that I have been at Wellington for three years I am continually amazed and grateful for the outstanding service and care staff display. Our last team retired. Now we have been give two wonderful new teams. Larry & Shaunalee and Dave & Jane. Now with them, we have been given quadruple the service!. Not many places provide four-fold the care. I love Wellington, and hope to be here for many years. I would advise any one looking not to hesitate - you will be well taken care of by the two greatest Real Star Teams. They will treat you with, dignity, kindness and the highest level of professionalism. You wont just be renting you will be investing in your comfort and happiness. That's what I did!
