The best place for all your window & screen repairs. The staff is awesome. The service is even better. The prices are fair and I think my favourite thing about the place is the whirlybird sign out front. I love that thing they have a customer for life great job guys and girls.

Disappointed in their overall service and approach. Had them install a shower glass partition which was done well and with professionalism.

When the contractor abandoned the project, I reached out to have them complete additional glass units for which they had measured.

I was treated extremely poorly by staff when I called to see if they would complete the job directly with myself.

I have no confidence now that they will stand behind the product installed.

I’ve included even the email sent to them with no response.

I would recommend looking at all options in Niagara prior to committing to Welland Glass.

We had a fantastic experience working with Welland Glass. Samantha and Matt were a pleasure to deal with. They installed a bathroom mirror and a custom glass shower enclosure. All options were discussed in detail, and their advice was much appreciated. The installation was completed with care and expertise from the beginning to the end.

Welland Glass did a great custom job for us. Norm was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. In fact he went above and beyond ensuring the mirrored door got home safely. Definitely recommend them!

Needed the glass replaced for a door to our patio after the wind caught the door, slammed it and shattered the glass. Went to Welland Glass and would like to thank all for the exceptional customer service from the office staff to the installers located on Rogers Dr off of Niagara St.

I highly recommend Welland Glass for your repair or installation needs. Samantha was very friendly and polite when arranging the appointments by phone and was prompt with the estimate and invoice. Lloyd and Matt did a spectacular job in removing a deliberately broken double-pane unit and installing the new unit. Only the outer glass was broken but Lloyd said if the inner pane ends up getting damaged, they could help us with a temporary plywood panel until the new unit came in. That to me was service above-and-beyond and was reassuring that we chose the right company. Lloyd and Matt were extremely professional and knowledgeable; they had our replacement installed in a very short time. Fair price, professional workers, friendly staff...WOW!!! Thank you all.

We wanted a glass top for our old family air loom, old table. I called around Welland and Welland Glass was the only one that called back. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and gave him the size we were looking for and he calculated the cost. We were happy with the price so I ordered it. They called a couple days later and said it was ready. I picked it up and the girl on the desk was very pleasant and courteous when I walked in the door. The top fit exactly as ordered. We are happy with it and if needed I will use Welland Glass again. Thank you, Perry Arnold
