I had to move on short notice as my previous Land Lord had to move their elderly parents into the location we were living for the previous 6 years.
I had to find a place fast, and that worked with my schedule as I work out of town as well.

I spoke with Jon about the property I am now renting, and at first I was a bit on edge about dealing with a company instead of the home owners, as i had a pretty horrible experience in my younger years where the company was never responsive, nor interested in anything but collecting rent.
