Horrible Management! Mold Smell in the apartment. Vanda, Betty and Leven refused to replace appliances or fix the Mold. They all give you the run around of excuses. There was a fire/water damage in the building. Evicted me a week after moving in for reporting the Mold Smell. I was forced to stay somewhere else only days after moving in. I had to pay out of pocket for the inconvenience. They refused to move me to another apartment and refused to pay my Hotel and Moving costs.There are no fans on bathroom. I was told the fans don’t work and cost extra $150 on top of utilities monthly to run by various residence. The windows in Living room DO NOT open. Poor ventilation in suite. Extremely humid in the suite. Building is new but don’t be fooled. Falsely Misrepresented. Can’t use patio as doors were blocked by cement done wrong by trades. STAY AWAY from renting this place. Pro: Residence living there are nice and you are allows dogs. The WORST PLACE to RENT!!!! I promise you will regret living there. A lot of residence complained about different issues but they have dogs so they put up with it. Sad situation.

East facing Unit was unbearably hot and uncomfortable no airflow whatsoever in the unit, could not enjoy the patio as it was constantly covered with dirt from all of the construction around and none stop noise. Management was very uninterested in replying to any concerns about excessive noise from the upstairs tenants throwing their dog toys across the floor and their large dogs scrambling around on the laminate flooring. Also they had contractors come in to the unit without notice for non-emergency reasons to install the patio door screens which I thought was illegal but they did it anyways and I know I was not the only tenant to bring this issue up. Betty was very unpleasant and unprofessional with returning the damage deposit which was late and kept saying it was something on my end is why they couldn’t return it. Even though the place is very new and modern I would not recommend living here it is very congested and uncomfortable for what you’re getting and they just raised their rates so I got out as soon as I could.

Worst place I have ever lived. The building is falling apart and was only completed about 6 months ago! Management is terrible - they're notorious for taking out double the rent and not returning it, not responding to tennant emails, not showing up for appointments. We were promised free heat and storage spaces for rent. Expect your bills to be hundreds more than expected, because you will pay for heat (and by the way, you aren't supposed to turn it off). The promised storage spaces do not exist. They double assign underground parking spaces. Outdoor parking does not exist, aside from a few spaces, so you will have to pay for parking underground no matter what. They do not address problems in your unit, no matter how many times you call and email for help. One of the final nails in the coffin for us was someone vomiting in the elevator and nobody doing anything about it for four or five days...and then management sent out an email with a picture of the vomit before cleaning it two days later. There have also been several break ins in the six months the building has been open. You're surrounded by construction practically 24/7, and most of the roads around the building are actually blocked due to it. There is an alarm at the building site that goes off at all hours of the night for no reason. Most of the windows in the building don't shut tightly, and the frames are all cracked already.

Dogs are very welcome, which was nice. Windows are big. High end finishes and appliances (that may or may not work). Big bathtubs. Mostly great neighbours. That's about all it had going for it.

Don't live here unless you HAVE to.

Starting out everything was fine. Bills came in being anywhere from 140 to 250 for Electricity & HEATING which they say is included. It is NOT.
Landlord takes forever to reply to any messages. And they do not give notice to enter your unit which is ILLEGAL! You're better off somewhere else. 1 star because the apartment is really nice but everything else just overshadows that.
