First off I want to say thank you for the great installation and installation team! Shawn and Jason were awesome, they have both great skill and take great pride in their work as you can see from the attached pictures of our new Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump installation.

Waterloo Energy recently installed a new Tetco geothermal system at my house. I couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start of the process, Norma and Aaron proved to be focused on good customer service. The installation crew - Shawn, Kevin, Ethan and Collin, continued with that trend. Nothing was too mush trouble. They never attempted to cut corners and weren't happy until I was happy. I would definitely recommend Waterloo Energy.

Waterloo Energy was super great from start to finish, I highly recommend them. From the first consult right through to the end of the installation the experience was great. They were knowledgeable about sizing heat pumps and ductwork, competent in both hybrid and all electric systems, explained setting up the thermostat and they kept the house nice and tidy. They were patient with my questions and concerns and our system is super quiet with a lovely steady heat that makes the house feel cozy.

Waterloo Energy installed a Geothermal unit at my office. They came when they said they would, and the installation was completed in a few days.

I was in the need of a new furnace and was considering a heat pump. I knew nothing about heat pumps and called local installers. Waterloo Energy was the only business that took the time to answer my many questions without any pressure to purchase. After deciding to proceed with them the experience was terrific. Every person involved was professional, patient when answering more questions and left the space tidier than when they arrived. We used Waterloo Energy and Products and Mechanical to replace our Furnace, AC, and water tank with a new Heat Pump and electrical water tank. This is the best company that I've used for work on my home. They were professional, on time, within the initial quote that they provided. I'll always use them for future work and I can't recommend this company enough for others in the Waterloo Region.
