9 months after completing my new construction house and shop and we are still remediating siding issues.

First was the mud all over the siding all the way up to our soffit on our 2 storey tall house and shop that sat until the spring.. I eventually had to pull out the scaffolding, pressure washer, mops and rags and clean it myself. Then came paint and finishing issues on Hardie board that they couldn't complete during the winter months.. apparently they weren't much better at doing it during spring and summer months either..
Now finding random pieces of siding falling off and/or popping out of place.

To further my frustration, when they came to paint some Hardie board they decided to unbolt the posts on my second storey glass deck railing and forgot to bolt it back in.. thank goodness I reviewed their work and bolted the railing back in myself before someone got seriously hurt.

I expected a lot better.

2 stars as they did send out a gentleman named Sam who did the stone work and he did an excellent job! Great communication and planning on his part. I would gladly hire Sam, but the crew who did our siding install needs to find a new line of work as their lack of pride really shows.

Incredible service! Today is Friday and I had picked up the wrong type of siding I needed. I was running late yet someone stayed until after closing time so I could exchange the siding! Always a very professional and pleasant people to deal with! Pricing and selection is unbeatable!

Don't bother wasting your time with this company. They provided us with a quote for siding replacement that was limited in its scope and clarity, did not provide digital images of our home, and required us to make the hand-marked revisions ourselves. Early in discussions we stated that our preference was Hardie Plank and they dissuaded us and recommended Gentek. Limited reputable company's providing siding replacement in the area with good reviews and our lack of familiarity with any of them, we were persuaded by mostly positive reviews, and we overlooked these issues and gave WR the opportunity.
We provided a substantive deposit of 6K in February of 2021, and after delays - both due to their scheduling conflicts and ours, we were ready to begin the project by the end of the summer in 2021. I was assured they would start bringing out materials and equipment on a Thursday at the end of September, but no one came, and I followed up on Friday and was assured that someone would be here to begin our job on the following Monday. Again, no one came, and no one phoned to follow-up. When I phoned to follow up with Tyler, the salesperson who quoted our job on Monday - he was rude and stated that "obviously, I do not know anything about construction", and then he abruptly hung up on me. I immediately contact my spouse to drive to their location and pick up our deposit (returned without interest), and then followed up with a phone call to Jon at Ridgeline Corp. That day he listened to my concerns and treatment at W.R., reviewed our project, and provided a comprehensive quote to meet our specs. Once the finalized quote was formalized, we had a sit down appointment to review the digital designs of our house, and fixed a start date. A very minimal deposit to hold our spot was provided in Jan 2022 and project began in March of 2022 as the first on their roster. We received Hardie Plank in a design of our choosing as was our preference, it was professionally installed and completed within 6 weeks from start to finish. We were apprised of changes throughout the process and treated with respect and dignity. Save yourselves the frustration of dealing with people who's aim it is to get jobs done quickly, at the expense of good customer service, courtesy and respect. With years working in corporate administrative and project admin roles for engineering, law, architecture and landscape architecture firms - Tyler really should've known better than to speak to a customer this way, but when you prioritize job volumes over customer service, sometimes you get overwhelmed by your workload, loose your temper and forget how to treat a people respectfully. I encourage all customers to think twice before using this company and go where the pros are Ridgeline Corp. Thanks, Ridgeline!!
