As a customer, when you pay for a service, especially from a tax accounting firm, you expect them to handle your financial matters diligently and ensure that any liabilities are properly addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm, stated off good then took a turn and has been quite the opposite. Rather than taking responsibility and resolving issues as expected, there has been a tendency to shift blame onto the client or shift blame on to certain entities which can be understandable but to talk in a disgusting manner and expecting to get things done, especially when it’s dealing with taxes from years ago. Either way this is unacceptable, especially when solutions like insurance coverage are available for these situations. The lack of accountability and professionalism, raises serious concerns about their credibility. I strongly recommend proceeding with caution if you choose to use their services, and it’s advisable to have a backup attorney ready."
