Was told by rebecca that we had a storage room (room with laundry that they havent installed) and then when we didnt move our stuff out she gies "We'll just take it out next time" which is quite snarky. Extremely late with getting back to emails. We had a wasps nest and wasps were coming into the home everyday and they "thought they sent some to see about that". They didnt put the heat on until a month later than leaglly obliged(Sept 15th) we JUST had our heat turned on a few days ago. Havent had someone in to fix our "cemtral" heating, only bedroom radiator works. They dont provide landscaping or so much as a floor mat for weather, then complain when we leave our boots outside our doors. They had a girl in a tiny studio paying the same rent as the woman who rents the entire top floor.

I rented an apartment for a year, in the center, a very noisy and inconvenient place, and a very old house with 4 apartments, neighbors everywhere. We found another place to live (we have 2 months left) and found other tenants, they are feeding us breakfast, and they will re-register everything. They don’t want to return for the last month, although they found the person, everything could have been processed by the 1st. Today is already 13, half a month of my money is down the drain. although other people could live. We are a family from Ukraine, from the city of Mariupol, we lost our homes and are starting a new life in Canada, thanks to your country, we have been living here for a year now, and we believe and know that there are more good people here than not so good ones. We have three children, and it’s as if this money is not extra. It's a shame that this is such a service.We are grateful to you for your help in helping us find housing and taking us to 2 sites. Thank you. I don’t see a problem, I’ve been writing since April that we want to find new housing because it’s not comfortable with children. We moved in November. and there was every chance to accommodate another person. It’s just that no one told me that she wasn’t suitable, you know how many people come and I could find someone else, but you consider people for 2 weeks, everything was quick with me. within a week we moved. thank you for everything . but the fact that your assistant led me by the nose for more than a month is very unpleasant.

Horrible communication, company removed a huge portion of my rented space , claiming to be replacing it, along with the constant leak and flooding in the apartments below (tenants continuously move in and move out a month later with their belongings ruined and no refund on first and last) it’s been months and nothing still, I’m only able to fully use 1/5 rooms in my home to my liking. Rebecca and Megan are horrible at talking with people and will try and scam you! Be careful!!

I have rented from Vision Property Management for over 7 years! I have never been more pleased with the quality of professionalism, prompt response time, and over all experience with the whole company. I had a flood ( at fault of my child ) and they were here to help me within an hour for clean up and repairs without question over the holidays. I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca and her team! I have recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so!!!⭐️ 100 ⭐️star review from me and my family! ❤️

Lived in a rental property by this management company, while coming to move into the property before even signing a lease we did a walk through of the property and saw that the basement floods in the warmer days in the winter and spring, brought the basement to the attention of the property manager and they did absolutely nothing to fix the issue, a fence in the partially fenced backyard was starting to fall over and nothing was done about it, after living in the property for not even 4months and we signed a 1 year lease we were told that the house was going on the market to be sold which isn’t a issue they came in and expected to figure out if anything needed to be fixed and the ceiling in the bathroom had to be redone because there was and still is a leak in the roof and all they did was put two layers of drywall as the first layer was covered in mould. After finding the lease all the information on the lease like move in/ out date was completely wrong as in 2018 my boyfriend was living in the states and had no way to sign a lease so make sure you look at you lease good if you sign one with this company

Heartless trash company. Mother dies before Christmas after being a tenant since 1984 and every phone call is only about money for the rent and when the unit will be emptied. Your stone cold professionalism for chasing money is top notch! Would never recommend anything through them. Not a single renovation in over 35 years.

If youre looking for a place to rent and come across a listing from this company keep scrolling. Owner is very unprofessional. Ask potential renter to fill out application prior to viewing… however when you ask for more information wont return any message or call, a complete joke of a company. Please DO NOT waste your time. If i could give a negative star i would in a heartbeat.
