Wow! Totally recommend VIP Property Restorations Ltd. The waterline to our refrigerator failed this morning (Father's Day Sunday 2025). We quickly turned off the water source but noticed damage to our hard wood floors and baseboards. We called our insurance agent and they contacted VIP. That very same day Tony telephoned us and said that he was going past our home on his way so he could pop in and take a look. SAME DAY! Tony took a look and advised us of our options. He was very professional, honest, and thorough. We would definitely recommend Tony and VIP Property Restorations Ltd. 5 Stars absolutely!

I'm extremely disappointed with the work done by VIP Property Restrictions Ltd. The quality was subpar, damaged my kitchen island by saying it was old and instead of making me happy I was stressed like I still had to prove something to them. I'd strongly advise against hiring them. The experience was incredibly stressful, and I regret wasting my time and money.
