We were so impressed by Mike Sochan of Vinyl Valley Deck and Rail. We had been wanting to have our old vinyl decking replaced and did not know where to turn. We are located at Big White and it can be challenging to have certain work done due to our location. I posted our query to the community Facebook page hoping someone could make a recommendation. Within 15 minutes Mike had reached out and we arranged for him to see our project the very next day. He was punctual, communicative, knowledgeable and personable. He provided a quote on the spot and he was able to accommodate our timing and he began demo/prep work on Labour Day. He returned the next day to finish and our new deck looks great. We are very happy with Mike’s workmanship and professionalism. It was a pleasure to have Mike execute our project and I would use him again in a heartbeat for any future decking or railing needs. Meeting up with Mike was a very positive experience. He was quick, on time and very professional. He explained the process as he was doing a quick fix for us. He was doing the repair to get us through winter before replacing the whole deck. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike.

I can’t express enough how grateful we are for finding Mike. We reached out to several businesses in Kelowna and no one got back to us. We happened to be driving behind a Vinyl Valley Decks truck and took a chance reaching out. Not only did Mike get back to us promptly, he set up a time to come check out our issue right away. Mike travelled from Vernon to Kelowna just to have a look at our deck. Mike didn’t pressure us to replace our deck but instead gave us options to extend the life of our deck to save us money. From the time we reached out to Mike to having our deck patched and good to go was less than a week! There is no doubt we will be using this company when it’s time to fully replace the vinyl on our deck. A million thank you’s Mike!!!!

Vinyl Valley came in prepared and ready to roll! He was very professional when speaking with us about our options while giving great advice on what to use based off of our lifestyle and plans for our deck, flexible when it came to scheduling since I do own a home daycare, we could not have contractors here during regular work hours, he even made sure any loose bits and pieces were picked up and safe for my next operating day. Since installing, our vinyl on our deck as seen a lot of foot traffic, hot wheel car racing, indecisive furniture rearranging, and animal feet/nails and it still looks as great as the first day. Our railings have held up amazing, with zero concerns for my children's safety while they are next to or leaning on it. Extremally impressed, I immediately recommend Vinyl Valley whenever anybody says they are looking at redoing their decks.
