Island Village Builders built our home in 2021-2022. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We had some unique requests, including potable rainwater catchment, and Sam (the contractor) and his crew met every one of them! Sam was transparent throughout the whole process and was an excellent communicator. The care this crew put into building our family home was above and beyond what we had hoped for. On top of it all, they were kind folks who were fun to work with. We highly recommend Island Village Builders!!

Green City Builders renovated the kitchen in our 103 year old house last year. My wife and I (both well experienced in the construction industry) were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and overall professionalism of the project. Sam, his team and the subcontractors were very pleasant and polite to deal with across the board. We were given clear expectations on the construction schedule and budget and both were adhered to closely. Three story home complete renovation, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and a legal suite. Sam, his team and suppliers turned our high expectations into a reality. The GCB process removed guess work by clearly outlining and sticking to both the budget and time line. Great suggestions from his team and seamless integration of our ideas on the fly. We have one more home left in our long term plans and hope to work with GCB on it.
