We have lived at Villa Sundale multiple times and always enjoyed our stay .We liked the fact that it was secure building with security so didnt have to worry on our vehicles. Never had issue with management as were always quick to reply to our concerns.Would definitely live there again and rent is very reasonable.

I lived at villa Sundale for 2 years.Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was really nice and got along really well.If I needed to rent again I would definitely go back there.

I would just like to share my years of stay in this nice place that i called home for the last four years…It was a good place that we have in the basement suite…We just have to move somewhere because I have my family coming living with me that time…I was sharing that lovely place with a house mate and can’t live longer there since it was just a two room basement suite…but if i will given a chance to move back I would gladly do so…the building is well maintained and the Landlords are nice to deal with…I didn’t have any issue dealing with my Landlords that time…the rent is reasonable and have a good sharing laundry area…If your going to look for a nice and good place to rent try renting here…
