I’ve been running an Airbnb for 5 years, and having Vibrant Accommodation manage it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Natasha is simply exceptional—professional, responsive, and incredibly proactive.

In all these years, she has never missed a single clean, and the property is always immaculate and ready for guests. She’s constantly improving systems to make the business more efficient and reliable, and she has built a fantastic team who handle everything—cleaning, maintenance, lawn care, and any unexpected issues that pop up.

I hired Natasha and her team to take care of my condo at the Palliser lodge.
For the first 3 or four rentals things were fine. Then for the lady that was coming in a few days ago, they didn’t show up to clean the unit. she claimed it was a software issue and that’s why they were missed so they did it the next day now my customer just showed up tonight and the same thing happened. She won’t return my calls my text. I’ve had to hire someone else. All my bills are paid on time. I paid everything fully never was a problem. She just totally ghosted me. That is not professional. That is not the way you run a business. I don’t know what her problem is, but you can’t depend on them at all.
Very unprofessional very poor service !
I would avoid them at all cost

My one experience with Vibrant is that one should be careful relying on them in urgent matters. They are a small business and it must be difficult to navigate varying client demands and the growth they have seen in Giolden

I spoke to the owner twice on Tuesday July 15. The first time was at 9:14 am for 16 minutes. and again 10:57 am for 19 minutes . During the first call she agreed to take me on as a client. I had indicated I was reluctant to accept a back to back bookings on July 26 because I did not have a cleaner and was not able to do it myself. She said she would commit to turnaround and that it was ok for me to accept the booking. I was nervous and repeatedly asked her if she was sure and she said yes, she would commit to that. I accepted the back to back. The second call came from her after she had entered our unit and reviewed it. During that second call she said that either her or her manager would be available to meet with me in person on Thursday July 17th. She said to text when we hit Field and that one of them would come out. Nobody came. I followed up with messages and have at the time of typing this have not heard back (Monday July 21). I now have a problem I was very much trying to avoid, I have a back to back booking with no cleaner
