Really great service, thank you! -- Luke came over to investigate what was wrong with our AC during one of this summer's heat waves in early August, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough about checking everything out to make sure that the right thing got repaired (the condensate pump) and that nothing got repaired that didn't need it. He was also really patient about answering all my questions, and happy to share his knowledge and explain everything that he was doing. He did an excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

I booked Vernon air-conditioning and plumbing in order to do some work at two of my properties. Brandon appeared at the door and almost had heart failure as he used to work at a competitor who I will remain nameless And I thought I had contacted the wrong company! The company was horrible. They had no customer service for helping the customer after the fact and just wanted to Bill… Fast-forward Brandon was the best part of that old company and now is going to be one of the best parts of Vernon air-conditioning! He is so thoughtful and personable and knows what he’s doing. He advises continually what he is doing and what he needs to do and charges that are associated with anything… I so appreciate that kind of communication. The follow up was great so definitely make your next appointment booking with Vernon heat and air-conditioning.

We had such a great experience with the two technicians they sent out to install our furnace and our heat pump. You wouldn't even know they've been in the house. Other then the equipment was all new and cleaned up. They informed us of everything we need to know and that can be a chore at our age. Thanks for everything guys. Luke Schneider and ty Mennie. What a great experience this has been. They showed up when they said they would for the estimates. They told us how to get our rebates and and the installation was exactly the way I said it would be.
