Prior to buying my house in the early stages of development during the summer of 2021, I heard Verity was a quality builder with a strong reputation for a consistently smooth experience from start to finish.
It’s a tough industry to please everyone, but they did a great job in providing a quality house while being very responsive and quick to resolve any problems. As expected, some minor issues came up but nothing worrisome.
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a Verity Construction built home here in Greater Victoria and the Westshore community. Truly happy home owners!

Overall happy with our new home! From purchasing to closing everything went smoothly. Since the home was purchased from spec completing a rough in walk through was a great way to get to visualization of the home. I would highly suggest anyone buying from spec do your due diligence and read everything very closely. Check out the products and appliances they are using in the store in person if you can etc. Doing this made it easier when choosing upgrades. Verity was also very accommodating when we asked about changes that were not included in the upgrades options.

There are minor quality control issues like poor paint job in some areas of the home and poor installation of the sod in our backyard. However, we have not run in to any major issues and verity has been responsive when we have had to email them.

I'm living in my second Verity house now, and I have to say that this is a great company. As you would expect, new builds (especially townhouses like I am currently in) are NEVER perfect at first. But Verity has resolved every single one of my complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. I have never had a problem dealing with this company, and I would recommend them to anyone.
