Joe and his team did an amazing job!
We are adding an addition. On my first meeting with Joe, he said we need to look at the garage and see if we need to underpin it. I arranged for an excavator to come out and Joe came out. We did some exploratory holes and sure enough we needed to underpin the garage. We dug the first two holes and he came out and underpinned the first two section. They then came out did the footings, put together the forms, and poured the foundation.
From excavation to completion was all done in 2 weeks.
I would recommend Joe and his team very highly!
