We have a new build in Brantford and Vanessa worked hard to make sure everything was ready prior to the tenants move-in date. She was always available when we had questions . She provided reference for a home inspector, participated in the home inspection. She was available to provide access to a handyman for a few repairs around the house. She was able to find renters for the property in a short period of time. She provided a report with all potential tenants but let my husband and I decide on the renter.
