Fantastic home builder! If you are on the fence about who should build your next home you can build with Van Arbor and be confident you made the right choice.

They are in a league of their own and you will recognize right away that they care about every home they build like it would be their own. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Val directly and the passion she has for the industry is un-matched anywhere else.

The staff are all friendly, they offer up amazing ideas to fit your budget and make you the home of your dreams. They are all also very understanding and willing to help walk you through understanding every part of your home!

If I could give no stars I would. We were looking to relocate to Lethbridge, contacted Val and didn’t even get to looking at houses before we changed our minds about using Van Arbor because of the horrendous customer service from Val (one of the owners)
I had contacted Val initially about building an in fill, while at first she responded right away it seemed as though as soon as she heard our budget (which wasn’t huge but also want insignificant either) she couldn’t be bothered to return my emails.
There were two vacant lots we asked her to look into several times, after not hearing from her again we found out the information on these lots on our own. It would take me emailing her 3-4 times before I would get a response.
We had then changed our minds about an infill and began looking at newer houses. Even after the poor service from Val There was a lot owned by Van Arbor that we were interested in, so I contacted her again about this lot. That was about 6 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a word.
Sorry we apparently didn’t have enough money to spend to make Val’s time worth it. Would not recommend building a home with Van Arbor. Very disappointed.
