In it for the money and nothing else. Property buyers and lessees STAY AWAY from this developer. Short-sighted and unwilling to solve serious problems. The Blackstone development on Northfield has been a spectacular failure with poor construction quality and terrible planning for the commercial section. In fact, the reviews for Blackstone have mysteriously disappeared and you can’t find it on Google Maps anymore... I wonder why?

Numerous problems with Blackstone development that proves how little effort goes into their builds:

- can't effectively use party room due to parking not being allowed on site

- courtyard looks nothing like as advertised (hottub is redundant and never in service)

- building 247 doesn't need a fob to get in from the garage into elevator

- 251 is illegally designed as it's not wheelchair accessable from the garage

- garbage down the elevator (No chutes)

- not enough parking for residents with more than one car (cause you know sometime 2 people drive to work.... let alone guests)

- the garage door still doesn't close sometimes (making the no fob thing concerning)

- the move in area doors are rarely closed (can just push them open from the outside without that bolt down, which it never is)

- there is nowhere to put a truck to do said moving in (up on sidewalk?)

- can't turn from heat to cool in 3/4 buildings (central HVAC)

Keep in mind Blackstone was built in 2020!! Just hilariously bad developers.
