That’s how children playground looks from anthem. 2 wooden poles and a swing. I would like to look in the eyes of these designers or developers and ask then if their children play on this playground The worst playground I have ever seen. Instead of using head, they used butt to come to that. Total disappointment.

Anthem provides amazing service from the top down. The product is great quality and if there were any issues they handle it quickly. The communication on any fixes is great and they ensure you are fully happy with it before marking anything complete.

Especially Cathren, she made the entire home buying process exciting and simple. She provided great information and was open and honest about everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the home buying or selling market.

We are thankful we came across the Anthem Properties.

I’ve been living in Sirocco since March, and have watched the community fall downhill over the last few months. I understand that in a new community, there will be construction to work around, but the complete absence of any coordination by the developer, anthem, has made the area unlivable. First, the main roads in and out of the community have been closed, and two alternate detours were set up. One is barely usable due to construction traffic, pot holes, protruding manholes, and materials blocking the road. They debris on the road has given many of the residents flat tires. The other detour is a gravel road to the West, which is not being maintained to account for the increased traffic. It has become washboard and it is a hazard for those of us who have no choice but to use it.
Now, they’ve placed fresh oil on Creekside Drive, putting up no parking signs along the whole road with no notice. They did not consider where we would park, so we’ve have had to park in the lots behind our houses. Now, fences have been put up around those lots, with zero consideration for our vehicles. They build the fence around my neighbour’s truck and he can’t access his own vehicle.
The oiling and paving blocked access to the two detour routes, and the only way for the residents of Sirocco to access their homes was through a one-lane alley with a constant flow of construction traffic. It was not only inconvenient, but dangerous and damaging to our vehicles.

I am very disappointed with this developer. They have a complete disregard for the residents in their community, and there has been a total absence of any coordination between various contractors in the area. It’s like they forget that the people in their community even exist.

We bought a house in Sirocco at Pine Creek thinking that this is a new great community with larger lots. Since then we live in the middle of construction, dense new houses, with closed roads and no proper way to get into the community. Our cars had 3 flat tires because of detours full of debris and nails. The tires all tar and oily from the fresh pavement. We dont have proper access to main roads because of roads closure with deadlines that are constantly being postponed. Very very frustrating. This is not how this community was sold to us. Anthem as a developer does not care about the residents and their cars.
Proper notice on road construction would be very appreciated and so is the consideration of Sirocco at Pine Creek residents.

If you are considering purchasing a home in an Anthem developed neighbourhood, be forewarned, as they are the absolute worst developer in the city, and possibly in the country.

I have never experienced such disregard for a community and the early adopters, early on or mid-way through development as I have with them; nor do I know anyone who’d disagree seeing these conditions.

They are entirely unresponsive and have zero care for the their residents. Development is completely unplanned and haphazard. The roads are deplorable and constant closures with last minute notices hanging from our doorknobs are absolutely unacceptable.

If you care about your vehicle, avoid their communities like an absolute plague. I’m a resident of Sirocco and their latest offence is that they’ve basically locked us in through road closures and fresh oil and tar on the only two remaining open exits. So, if you’re looking to keep your vehicle in good condition, then you’re jailed in your home. They say they take no responsibility for damage to vehicles. So, common sense would be that they should provide options for the residents to avoid damaging areas. But, they have zero planning skills and negative remorse.

My disappointment is insurmountable and I would be open to considering class-action, at this point.

I had a fantastic experience buying my homes in Belmont with Anthem. The Sales Manager was kind and attentive. The quality of the finishing materials is excellent, and I am very satisfied.
Highly recommend this builder!

Absolutely horrible experience living in Pine Creek area from an Access and Roadways point of view. Drains are not leveled and cause enormous impact to vehicles. Detour road and the gravel road up the hill are terrible alternate solutions. I've had to replace the rotors and tires on my vehicle due to these terrible alternate roads because of the prolonged closure of 210 Ave. The pond has been getting animal litter year round making walking experience just disgusting. The hole in the walkway around the pond and the uneven surface has been like that for over a year. The original plans showed nice parks and trails, but we don't see either being constructed or developed. I thought that I was moving into a good neighborhood but the amount of disorganization and poor planning has made me doubt my decision to move to Sirocco in Pine Creek. There needs to be quick turnaround of construction for the community. We need to see results. Not just some generic message from Anthem. I didn't move here to face all these challenges just to get to and from my house. It takes me 20 minutes just to get to the nearest train station, and another 40 minutes to get to downtown. My quality of life has dipped significantly ever since moving here. I urge the developer to complete all construction promptly and deliver on the promise of making this a liveable and vibrant community with parks and trails. We also need Sheriff King completed asap as this is the shortest route to the nearest grocery store. Lots of people have young families here and we need easy access to grocery stores and essential services. We need to see action and timely completion of work. Thank you!

I am so disappointed in Anthem. We moved to Sirocco at Pine creek December 2021, from the beginning we had the feeling the the developer doesn’t care about the residents once we purchased the house, no side walks cleaned during winter and I almost broke my legs couple of time while was walking my dog, they made me drive to other communities just to walk my dog!!

Last year when they paved the roads they pushed it to the last moment , and I bet they didn’t finish what they planned cause it started snowing and they stopped in the middle !!!

Around May this year they started the road construction, why they didn’t think about those changes earlier and didn’t make sure roads are ready and in good condition or at least do it in parts and not everything at once? We don’t have exits from the community that will not cause damage to our cars, everything is covered in debris and oil and I had a flat tire already. Too many detour signs without proper detours.
They refuse to take responsibility but don’t provide us with alternatives and hope we will keep silent and they don’t reply to emails.
They promised construction will be done by now but it is not even close.

School starts in 2 weeks and I know for sure it will be hell to get out of the community during mornings.

I knew it will be challenging to move to a new community in early stages but didn’t think it will be hell.

I want Anthem to take responsibility, this is not what we were sold!

I am beyond frustration !!!!
