We had Underhill Property Maintenance come in to clear our backyard, which was completely overrun with aggressive English ivy, weeds, and some old shrubs. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up our patio stone slabs.

Jerry was the only person on the job, and he handled everything like a pro. His work was thorough, efficient, and he left the yard looking better than we ever imagined.

He was quick to respond, we reached to him on Friday and he started the job on Monday (only because it rained over three weekends). We were so impressed that we offered him food, beer, and even weed for lunch, but he only accepted the food—talk about dedication!

Jerry’s work ethic and attention to detail were outstanding, making him a one-man powerhouse. If you need any excavation or cleanup work done, I can’t recommend Jerry enough!

I called Jerry at Underhill Property Maintenance to help me get a waterfall rock up and running again, but I wanted something with less maintenance. There was a large pond that I removed from previous owners, then I was just left with this large rock in a corner of my yard. Jerry came in and installed a water basin and pump to get this pondless water feature functional and looking great. I highly recommend Underhill Property Maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me on every detail how I wanted the finished product to look. I just need to add some plants and mulch to finish off this space. Very happy with the overall product and hard work Jerry put into this project to make this beautiful feature operational again. Thank you Jerry!

Had an old wooden shed pad removed, area prepped and a concrete pad poured. Great job, very professional and when job was completed it was cleaned up perfectly. Would highly recommend.
