I called because I had a mini split I needed the refrigerant pulled and the copper piping run. They offered to use their own piping which was quite a bit more robust than the unit was supplied with, which I appreciated. They finished the install quickly and did all the testing, so I was left with a unit immediately ready for use. I had some utterly ludicrous quotes from other companies to do this hourly work, so their integrity here was much appreciated.

We called at 5:30pm when both the kitchen sinks backed up. Connor showed up within about an hour and did an incredible job. Polite and happy the whole time despite being called out at dinner time, spending two hours to fix our sinks and having to crawl around in the crawl space for the last 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend Twin Peaks and Connor to anybody that will listen! Thank you so much.

Twin Peaks Plumbing replaced 3 shut-off valve seals and handles under our kitchen sink.  The technician was polite and provided a price quote of over $500 including fees and taxes.  I told him that was too much so he knocked it down to just over $400. He was there for around 45 minutes and did a good job so no complaints there.  I'm happy with the work but not with the price considering how much time it took.  That's why I gave a 3 star rating.  I contacted the owner and he explained that they quote high in case something goes wrong and said sometimes they lose on a job.  My preference would be to pay for work actually done.  So if you hire them to do plumbing work, and agree to their fixed pricing quote, just be aware that you will be paying a hefty for premium $$$.  Otherwise, you may want to find a plumber that works by the hour but of course that depends on your comfort level.  I just wanted to provide an honest review for others to consider.

I have been hearing a lot about heat pumps lately, and I noticed a company van outside the grocery store recently, I spoke to the man driving the van and he took the time to talk to me at length about the benefits of heat pumps. He also let me know that their company services gas furnaces, on demand heaters, mini splits, and that they also do commercial work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional and didn’t seem to mind answering all my questions. Thank you so much for your time and your advice Tom! I really appreciate it! I will definitely consider Twin Peaks in the near future, and recommend them to my friends and family for their heating and plumbing needs!
