I was in contact with someone earlier this we to set up a viewing for two different apartments. A time and place was agreed on and no one showed. Tried contacting them twice-- the first time the lady on the phone did not have any info but offered to leave a message and someone would get back to me from the office (I believe I was calling a call centre). After waiting for 40 minutes, I called again and reached a different lady who also could not help me. After do,wining the situation Andy informing her I was waiting in the parking lot for close to an hour and had travelled two hours to view the apartments hung up on me. I'm still intererested in the apartments but this should have been handled more professionally. I would appreciate if someone could get back to me asap so I can schedule another viewing.

Twello operated on a cash basis at my complex. Over two years they did not deposit the proper amount and now they owe our corporation over $60,000. They promised to pay it back, but we have yet to see any of those funds.
