Terrible company to work with. Delays, not getting things done, poor quality (cracks in the drywall within 3months), 'conveniently' left off certain charges on the quote to later put it on and say they didn't know even though it was discussed. This is like a used car salesman type of company. They will have a nice presentation but leave you with crap and unfinished things afterwards.

I have told other business owner friends to STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Once they take your money (hundreds of thousands of dollars), they will not respond to calls or emails.

We have been using CDI for all of our furniture needs since our school opened 6 years ago. Outfitting a new school required extensive research and planning and CDI was the one company we felt could meet our needs. They were very helpful and their expertise was instrumental in ensuring our school opening was successful. As a result, we continue to use CDI for all of our furniture needs.

Recently had need for our office space to be assessed and needed options for post COVID-19 layout etc. The Truspace design team came in and provided a feasibility study, got our feedback and then handled the full design, drawings, building permit process and construction phase. A very hassle free experience and would highly recommend them. Professional team that listens well.

TL;DR - Would NOT RECOMMEND due to poor quality, unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, and poor value

Used them to do a build-out of my business which was a terrible experience overall. They put on a nice outline for the initial bidding process but then it was downhill from there. I mentioned the '5 must have' items that I wanted built and even though they were mentioned multiple times, 1 item was left off the quote even though they said it was a part of it. Then to my surprise during the building process, they mentioned the item that was missed and I had to pay 20k more with the project consultant saying "he didnt' hear me say that" even though we had multiple meetings and me mentioning how important it was.

There were things that were missed and cracking in the drywall in multiple places within the first 8months. Other items were done incorrectly, like putting the barn door on the wrong way as well as items that were completely missed. They built our front desk draw incorrectly and now it's too big to hold files properly even though it was in the plans, among other minor discrepancies such as the bathroom door lock which we are still waiting for (they say 'supply chain issues' even though it's been 1.5 years).

We were supposed to do a '1 year' walk through and it has been 1.5 years now with no walk through even after talking to them and setting up an appointment which they didn't show up to. I was convinced to talk to the CEO and maybe things could be resolved but the CEO seemed like he did not care or could not be bothered with what I had to say, maybe because they had received all my payments by that point.

I could continue on with my negative experience but this is long enough as it is

We ordered two leather chairs for our school. They are exactly what we wanted and the service was great. Due to Covid, all correspondence was done over the phone or email. They answered all my questions (many) and were very professional. They were able to deliver as soon as we came back to school.
