Very pleased with results!

Dino quoted same day I called him. Their team arrived on time to do the initial tear up.
Joe called me about 5 weeks later to schedule new ashpalt.
They arrived on time and another very well coordinated effort to do the install.
Every single person that was onsite I talked to, and all very friendly and knowledgeable.

New driveway has been in for a month and looks great. They did an awesome job at cleaning up. There was nothing for me to do once they left.

No respect for the rest of the neighbourhood. They've been working on our neighbour's driveway for a while now and they've blocked our driveway four times. Very rude about moving as well - they told us to just squeeze past their stuff at one point (there wasn't enough space without driving on grass). There is no parking on our side of the street but I guess crossing is too much work.

We had our large, sloped driveway and barn circle done by them. The employees worked hard, took their time to make sure it was done right, and were courteous. The final result looks amazing. We would highly recommend Tri-City Paving!

We have now used Tri-City twice for our driveways. When we moved in 2019 we knew exactly who we would call to do our driveway the next year. Joe and his team are professional and do excellent work. My sister also just had her huge driveway done at our recommendation and they did a great job for her as well. We understood when Joe wasn't able to send someone out right away due backlog etc. created by Covid-19. Tri-City is well worth being patient for!

I got several quotes for our driveway, and Tri-City was on par with everyone else, and even a bit lower than another company. All of my exchanges with the company were excellent - Joe answered all of my many questions promptly, professionally and courteously. All of the work was done on schedule, and professionally. The team who showed up at our house to do prep work and the final paving was efficient and quick. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tri-City and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service from start to end, the new driveway looks great and many comments about the quality job they did. They made it work in-between heat waves as summer is always hit and miss on schedules.

I obtained quotes from other companies and Tri-City wasn't the highest bid or the lowest and I feel I got what I paid for, a really good quality job for a good price.

So I got 2 quotes for our driveway done. Basically same price, only a few bucks difference but I decided on this company. I called 3 times in 1 week (oct 2022) and the receptionists never sent out the messages for anyone to call me back and book us in for the next spring (2023). I finally realized that the gentleman who gave us the quote, put his number on the bottom of the quote sheet. He has been very pleasant to deal with. I called and booked with a different company cause no one got back to me from tri-city. After I booked with that different company, I realized that the gentleman who gave us the quote left his cell number at the bottom of the sheet. I called him and told him what happened. He is very pleasant to deal with and we had a great conversation, but, i called tri-city and made a complaint and told them I had to book elsewhere and that they need to be much more professional. For that reason alone, I'm not impressed at all. Get it together tri-city paving! You lost some business and got a bad review. Not cool.

Tri City Paving were working on my neighbours property yesterday and before they started working I specifically showed them where my Rogers Internet line was running to on my property. I made a point of showing two of their employees just in case they hit copper. Within an hour they cut the line and had left the job site. No notice and just drove away. I called and did not get any response. Good job. Lack of attention just lost you some business as I needed my own driveway redone at some point. I'll look elsewhere.
