Trails North is one of the best places I've ever purchased anything. They go above and beyond. Everybody in there is very nice and very helpful. Jason the owner has made this a great place. As a family man I love going there and seeing that himself and his wife work there and quite often there young kids are running around. As far as the equipment they sell, it is top notch sales and service. Jason goes out of his way to help you get exactly what you need or want at the price your looking to spend. He even went out of his way to deliver my 2 new quads to my house for me, full of gas. Then gave the first service free. And Kyle the service manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. He will do everything in his power to get you in and out of the shop as quickly as possible and at the lowest price to you. This family ran business is what all businesses should strive to be like. It has been a year now since I first bought my quads there. I always go there for anything and I will continue to. I will definitely buy my next quad here and would recommend this place to anyone.

I wish we’d had a great experience. Bought a Honda 3200 generator- a month in we had issues, all well documented; Kyle (no longer there) was great to deal with, he looked into the issue, gave us a loaner and mentioned that Honda is aware of the problem and had a temporary remedy for folks. Fast forward- this January marks 2 years since our purchases, the original Kyle no longer there and new service manger Kyle who we’ve been dealing with. The new service manager has been a disaster from the get go- we’ve had ongoing issues with the generator and he talks to both my spouse and I like we’re idiots who don’t know how to use it. Each time telling us they can’t find an issue and each time I take videos and document the problems- he’s rude and inconsiderate often telling us that he can’t keep giving us loaners-despite the fact that we’ve had these ongoing same issues since day 1. He then tells us Honda hadn’t had these issues, when 2 years ago former Kyle mentioned they in fact did and were aware of the problem in these models. Instead of actually rectifying the issue, we’re sent away with a loaner each time, pretty much told we’re nuts, told Honda caps the machines out at 600 hours and then that the machine they sold us was not suitable for our off grid use. We were about to buy the 6500w when the last straw hit- we went in because the pull cord ripped apart ( we were told specifically to do a few extra pulls in ‘off’ then ‘on’ because of said Honda glitch- naturally the cord ripped. We brought it in, were again belittled by Kyle who begrudgingly took the machine and replaced the cord, reminding us on pick up that they shouldn’t be repairing anymore. Today, midnight, roughly a month later the cord goes again! Big surprise. Instead of forking out for a 6500honda and needing to potentially deal with Kyle and Honda again, I bought an 11000W & 6500W from king Canada with a decent warranty and far better reviews, and I’ll add at less than 50% of the cost (for both!) of the Honda 6500w at Trail- at least of something goes wrong I can avoid both Kyle and Honda and afford a back up or more. A customer shouldn’t be made to feel that they’re at fault over faulty machinery, nor should the Honda story change depending on who is servicing. A customer shouldn’t be belittled as if they don’t know how to use the equipment (especially considering the repetitive conversations spanning nearly two years), a customer shouldn’t be caught in the middle of wholesale and dealer politics. What started off as a pontential ongoing customer relationship has sadly left more than a bitter taste in our mouth- especially in a small town. This is a sad head shake; unacceptable. There’s no more excuses for Honda; it grew into a Trail experience.

It's simple, your deceptive kijiji adds advertising the price of your atv's only to go to your website to see the advertised price in the kijiji add does not include over 1000.00 dollars in charges that is not mentioned in your online kijiji add is deceptive and shows your poor business practices. In the market for a pair of honda atv's but will be avoiding your business. See photos of kijiji add with description and pricing and no mention of additional fees and then the photo from there website with the additional fees.
