I asked Marcel and Chad for some plumbing and gas fitting upgrades. They were always very easy and pleasant to deal with and same goes for their staff. Chad is patient with my questions and very helpful in answering them. These guys went above and beyond! When others (mostly cold lake plumbers) were not willing to help they stepped up and guided me through the repair. My husband called in as our furnace crapped out yesterday during our -30 weather. Marcel called back and helped my husband trouble shoot the problem and get it fixed over the phone. Had a small gas leak, Trademark sent out a guy within hours. He texted me when he was on his way and fixed the leak quickly. I sent him pictures of the hot water tank and the leak and he brought what he needed. I'm getting this company to replace my hot water tank

Trademark, i.e. Marcel and Chad were asked to work on a major renovation and upgrade of the plumbing, heating and kitchen equipment at our summer youth camp on Moose Lake. This company and its employees were excellent. They provided great service, looking after all of our needs, requests, desires and in a timely and efficient manor. As our working window of opportunity was very small in order to have the renovations ready in time for the summer camp to open, Marcel and Chad and their employees made every effort to accomodate our unusual time constraints. Everything works perfectly and we cannot thank them enough for what they accomplished for us. I am sure that it was a very difficult job that we had asked of them as many of the renovations are and were labour intensive, but these professional and skilled tradespeople handled everything knowledgeably and efficiently. I recommend them very highly as our experience was exceptional.
