I initially met Tracy when she was helping me look for a new home for my father. She was extremely organized, efficient, and helpful. She kept me up-to-date on new listings throughout the process. When it came time for me to look for a new home for myself, I knew I wanted Tracy's help. She is not only an excellent realtor, but she also gets to know you as a person so she completely understands what you and your family are looking for and what your wants and needs are in a new home. Tracy helped me find the perfect place and was always on-call and responsive to all my wonderings, questions, and needs. It's hard to find a suitable place to call a home in the Niagara Region but not when you have Tracy as a realtor. She understands your needs and is empathic to your situation. If you’re looking for real estate, Tracy is the person for you! She’s amazing! She doesn’t force things onto you (like other realtors) and keeps it real. She’s very attentive and responsive. Tracey just helped us buy a new home and sell ours. We purchased a new build on assignment which isn't very common. Tracey went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything and never pressured us to purchase and was more than patient in ensuring we got what we wanted in our new home. She made sure she was educated in the APS of our new home so there would not be any surprises. She put what we were comfortable with first. If Tracey thought something was off with anything she was transparent with us. She also has education with home inspection aspect and pointed out cracks in foundation that we would have missed. Selling our new home was also a breeze as we sold within 4 days. Tracey is extremely responsive and more than flexible. Buying and selling was quite stress-free which is surprising in the market we are in today.

Tracy helped us sell my mom's house last year, right smack in the middle of a pandemic! We'd first discussed this circa December 2019 and we met Tracy again in February to get the ball rolling for a May sale. Little did we know that things would change so drastically just a month later - we put the sale and move on hold for a year when the pandemic was announced. But then we started hearing talk of a second wave in the fall/winter - it was time to re-visit the idea. I called Tracy in early June seeking her advice. She said the market was still strong and that a fall sale could work. She advised that it would be safest for my then 87-yo mom to move out first, before we put her house on the market. She also gave me a tentative schedule around which we could work. It was just what we needed. We moved my mom out at the end of August. Tracy went above and beyond our expectations, helping us to dispose of unneeded furniture and sundries, ensuring the house was thoroughly cleaned and touch-ups to floors were done, all after mom had moved out. We conducted all the remaining business by phone, text and email - not only was this important because of the pandemic but we were also a whole province away! I have to say everything went incredibly smoothly and we got a price for the house that was well over my mom's wildest imaginings. We'd known there was a shortage of homes in St. Catharines and Tracy had given us a good read on tbe market and how to price the house. We had 6 offers, all of them serious. We reviewed these over a confernce call and then made a decision. While Tracy was great in providing info and advice throughout the entire process, she left all the decision-making to us, never pushing. Tracy is a lovely person, warm and easy to like. Had my mom stayed in St Catharines I'm sure they'd be having tea from time to time. I recommend Tracy wholeheartedly, without a single reservation.
