Unfortunately there is no option to leave zero stars. My experience with TPM has been a nightmare. Last fall I hired them to spruce up my garage. The job included putting epoxy on the floor. A job that should have taken a few days is still not complete. In fact they have ruined my garage floor. After delaying the job and often not showing up when they said they would, I expressed my concern that it was too late to do the epoxy. They said no and I quote "the ideal temperature for epoxy to set is 5 degrees c". This was not true as by mid - November the epoxy never set. They assured me that they would return in the spring to complete the job. In early spring my garage was still sticky and smelled like chemicals. I tried making contact with them several times (texts, phone calls, emails) and I was finally told that they would return when the temperature was higher. Other epoxy contractors in the area were working on garages and even porches so i reached out again so that they could fulfill their commitment to me. I gave them a deadline as a needed to get my garage in order. I heard nothing so at great expense to me i hired someone to remove the epoxy. By the time they finally reached out to me (beginning of summer) i had already dealt with the problem on my own. Additionally, the bathroom floor that TPM tiled for me last fall began to crack a few months ago. Since then it has deteriorated significantly and the tiles shift beneath my feet. TPM said they would send someone to fix the floor (as per my contract) I was waiting 3 weeks for the scheduled job (which was going to take about 3 days) and they cancelled the job less than 24 hours before it was supposed to begin. I was told i would be contacted the following day to address the issue and i heard nothing. I do not recommend this company!
