Moved in last year. Thought it was a good building. We’ve had 6 managers since Ive been here. Moved in fridge was broke so I had to use my own. Wyse meters are a joke charge whatever they want. Building will not let you see the meters. I will be calling the electrical authority to have this looked into. Let’s talk about the cockroaches and bed bugs that they can’t get under control on top of which the master breaker blew and took them from 8:15 pm to 10 pm the next night to repair. So no lights in staircases or hallways, no elevator. Bicycles lined up in the hallways.
Carlos is a very attentive manager and has
been here very professional.
Dean is the cleaner and does a fabulous job trying to keep up with both buildings. Which can’t be easy. He is very personable and kind. Always a good laugh when I see him. Mike comes from another location and he’s a very nice man it’s a shame we couldn’t have him in here as well. Laundry room well people wash dog beds and god only knows what else you don’t want to even use the machines way to many pets in here and not to mention very large dogs and some are very aggressive.
This could be such a nice building.Skyline only does the bare minimum but charges like you ridiculous amounts then has you pay for parking and storage. The rent amounts are outta control they will nickel and dime you here to death.

Good luck they will rent to anyone clearly.

Don’t recommend living here at all, been a horrible experience. Dealing with a Cockroach infestation. Haven’t even been here for a year and has been multiple occasions of people pulling the fire alarm for fun, all hours of the day. The building heat is way too high. Leak in the ceiling from the apartment above us . Leak in the main foyer. Multiple new residents managers.random people showing up at your door. Drug users passed out in the hall way. Increase rent and apply for above guidelines increases as well for a little bit of outside work done, replaced live grass with new grass that’s dead. Overall a horrible place to live in.

DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS NECESSARY. I lived here with my gf for two years and it was disappointing to say the least.

The staff here are lazy and do the bare minimum for tenants. Their are several problematic tenants in the building which the supers expect you to deal with yourself. They do not care for your privacy, one afternoon while I was sick at home heard a noise only to find the building supers in my living room without any notice for an inspection.

The building is old and definitely not worth the price to rent. Theirs in the summer no ac which makes the building almost always hot. They blast the heat in the winter so much that you have to sleep with your windows open. The building is also always dealing with water shut offs during the busiest hours in the day.

The laundry room is constantly busy and if it's not then at least two machines are broken. Tenants also struggle with picking up their laundry and cleaning the machines after they're done.

While I luckily didn't deal with cockroaches like other intendents I did have to deal with a fly infestation.

Do NOT rent here!! Disgusting living standards, infested with roaches & bedbugs, and constantly smells like cigarettes! The whole building needs to be fumigated, we wasted a year of rent on a building with continuous pest problems starting the week we moved in. Had to throw almost everything out when we moved out and lost a ton of money. Have to double dry everything to kill bed bugs, lost money there. Had to pay for hotel rooms while they treated the unit, lost money there. Would never recommend unless you want to waste money and live with bugs.

You pay over $2000 a month plus Hydro for cockroaches, fruit flies and crazy neighbours not worth it. CustomerService doesn’t really do anything same with landlord Or superintendent. The building is overpriced they go through superintendent like crazy. Can’t keep anyone I wouldn’t rent here.

Just moved in not to long ago, loved the supers I had. Now living here 3 months I honestly don’t wanna be here. I have people coming to my door asking for money, Laundry room closed up for no reason, can’t control the heat, not allowed window air conditioning units way to many rules they tell you rent is one thing when you come to look at the unit charge more after and rent same units for cheaper. For the rent I pay I wanna feel safe and I don’t. These places are very over priced laundry is overpriced. I feel bad for the seniors. Yes I understand that’s the world we live in. I feel it’s more about money than making people feel comfortable and safe

If you care for your family don’t live here please such a terrible place…The lady who runs the place too has no idea what’s going on is lazy and just hires to resident managers cause she’s too lazy to fix a problem lol
If you fill out the form she gives you she’ll just say nothing is wrong basically and nothing they can do.She is just making herself look good but she’s terrible at her job lol

When I first moved in five years ago, it was good.The last year and half, my kids and I getting harassed by a tenant. I file an complaint against the tenant, and nothing was done. And when I go do my laundry, my clothes are being stolen. It’s ridiculous. As for my apartment, I have to repainted, because when I first moved in nothing was painted. Also, my bathroom had mold, growing in it, and it was somewhat fixed but now I have to repaint and clean up more mold that’s been growing cause it was not fixed properly the first time.
