Had a great experience, Shaun was very helpful and kind. Helped me with calculations and booking. Cement was ready within 10 minutes of getting to the facility, Trailer towed well, worked well. Everything was just seamless. Highly Recommend. This is by far the superior way to do concrete over bags and mixing.

The BEST customer service. I cannot recommend welland Tow N Go Concrete enough Sean and his coworker went above and beyond to help us. Between spraying down our SUV with water so nothing sticks to our car to offering to back the trailer in if we couldn't. 2 of the nicest guys. Will definitely go back when we need more concrete.

This was my first time pouring a concrete pad. These guys were a great option reasonable price and the driver ( I think his name was Cedric) was very professional, on time and very helpful. He carefully got the truck as close as he could in my yard which helped reduce the wheelbarrow use

Great bunch of guys. Needed some concrete to set posts for a fence. Wasn't enough to call a mixer truck and too much for bags. This was the perfect option. It's a lot cheaper than bags plus it saves a lot of labour.

I had a three load order for a curbing project. I was very happy with the product, the service was excellent, and using these services, which included delivery, ended up being almost 28% less expensive than had I ordered my concrete from a regular ready mix plant. The ability I had to adjust my loads and schedule the deliveries meant that I reduced my labor cost and was able to time the finishing to the temperature and weather. My curbing project went off without a hitch.

I see a couple of major advantages for the Tow N Go product and service. First, there is the ability to adjust delivery to match the environmental conditions and finishing time. Second, there is flexibility in the event a project needs to be changed or is modified at the last moment. In my 20 years of concrete finishing (I'm a Red Seal Journeyman Concrete Finisher), there are always modifications. Mods most often cost money. Third, small loads reduce labor costs by not having to mix bags by hand, which is expensive for the bags and the labor to mix them. I'm then able to move on to the next project faster without wasting time and disposing of paper bags that are covered in concrete dust. By the time you mix up more than a 8-10 bags, you are better off just getting the amount you need from Tow N Go.

A word to the wise, most first time concrete projects often underestimate the amount of concrete needed when using bags. I've had homeowner friends end up using three times as many bags as they thought and the price goes through the roof compared to a small order trailer like these guys have. Not to mention it is back breaking work. The other problem with many novice people have is keeping a consistent mix. It is really easy to add too much or too little water with the bagged mix. If you are considering making your own mix with cement powder, sand, and gravel, this won't work in Canada's freeze thaw conditions as you need air entrainement and water reducer as well which you won't get unless you buy the additives or go for a pre-mixed product (bags or ready mix). Too much water or missing additives affects the concrete strength and weathering. Ordering from Tow N Go Concrete ensures a consistent mix with quality ingredients.

The aggregate used is an appropriate size for stamped concrete, which is something else I do and was happy to hear they have.

My only other piece of advice, is that unlike a ready mix truck which has water for washing, these trailers don't so just make sure you have access to some water for cleaning up on site. This is usually not a problem for most places, but just something to keep in mind.
