I'm beginning to think Fred from Total Home Renovation does not exist, that he is just a voice on the phone. On two seperate occasions, a few years apart we have had good starting conversations about what I would like done, and I never hear from him again. If I had remembered the first instance when we made an appointment for a quote and he never showed I would not have made this call. He did send an electrician over who was quite nice and knew his stuff so that was something anyway. If nothing else I guess I can say Fred was consistent in our dealings

I can’t really give this place a accurate review because I didn’t stay at this place overnight
BUT the during Halloween this place always and I mean always gives out the greatest most delicious candy bars 2 years ago Me and my Friends came here and got a bunch of chocolate bars ?. But last year we went somewhere completely different and every one was mad because we got like no candy bars
This year we are Coming Back?

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Stay away if you can. I hired them to get new windows, first of all, it took 6 months to do it with constant delays and excuses. Secondly, they found reasons to charge more than agreed every time. Once the windows were up, the glass was broken and had to wait for the glass people to fix it. The bathroom window binds didn't fit the new window and they didn't even tell me once finished and also asked me to pay extra. Stay away from this company!

Total Home Renovation did a fantastic job on our full-bath renovation. Incredibly reliable and transparent; he always took the time to keep me up to date and let me know what was going on. If I had any questions, I knew that I would have an answer back in minutes. I left the design completely up to him and he did a gorgeous job. I will definitely be getting my kitchen done by him as well!

Hired to put in a small kitchen and install a washer and dryer. Poor time management and delays. Expensive and over charged on bill. So double check your bill. Quality of work ranged from poor to moderate. Made a huge mess and left it. I don’t recommend. The sub-contractors (plumber-electrician) did good work in a timely manner. The carpentry work was sloppy to moderate (cut corners). Lastly, the customer service needs improvement very unprofessional.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck. We had an idea of what we wanted, and Fred designed a beautiful, solid three level deck, complete with pergola, that surpassed what we had envisioned. His team was extremely professional, true craftsmen taking pride in their work. Fred was a pleasure to work with, from our initial meeting, right through to the end of the project. He checked in regularly to update us on materials delivery, progress reports and to see that we were happy with how work was moving along. We would not hesitate to hire his team again for any renovation work. Five stars for this team!

I hired Total Home Renovations to do a complete renovation on my dated bathroom and I am beyond happy from the professional service, quality work, to the extensive knowledge of all areas that required attention. Fred made excellent suggestions based on his years of home renovation experience, always kept me informed, was never pressured and always quick to answers any of my endless questions. Being the only bathroom at my disposal, they ensured the job was completed quickly, on budget and took the time to ensure all details were covered and that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. The professional service provided by Total Home shows they stand by their work and I would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends and I would definitely use them again. The team was awesome to deal with. Changed a closed in area to an open concept. Complete transformation of the area. Excellent communications as the renovation progressed. The team was very professional. Would highly recommend them.
