The Track Loaders I have rented have always been well maintained Bobcats. Cost for pickup and drop-off is fair - especially as compared to the 'big guys'.

2 years later - was just about to write a review but noticed i already wrote one. Again, these guys are the greatest. Equipment, products, and service, all 5 stars across the board.

Went and bought a Hotsy pressure washer from them. Asked if there was anything wrong with it . They told us nothing they just upgraded before they would have problems. We took their word for it . got it home tried it and the pump is not good. Call hotsy for price on parts .. Only to find out they were there in February to service it and told Total Rentals the pump was going . Dirty business !

Rented a concrete power wagon with brakes that would barely hold the machine empty, nevermind with 2000lbs of concrete in it. Only used it for 1 trip and parked it. Told them when I returned it and they did nothing but apologize for a machine that did not work as it's suppose to. They got paid, seems like all they cared about. Lost future business for sure.

Update;

Owner called to find out what had happened. Communication errors on both sides. Talked though what had happened and they were more than willing to make things right. Earned a customer back.
