TMJ was highly recommended to us when we were searching for a professional landscaping team. They easily lived up to and exceeded our expectations on both projects we have completed with them to date. Great people, professional staff, they do what they say, on time, safely and the finished product is outstanding. The best indicator of a good supplier is how they manage unexpected issues during a job. In our case the designer (not TMJ) didn't adequately compensate for grade but TMJ didn't blame the designer, they stepped up and worked with us to provide a solution that worked out better than the original plan. Another recommendation I can provide is the compliments from our neighbours, many of whom I had never met and they took the time to drop by and compliment the work done.

We had a great experience with Matt and TMJ Outdoor Services when we had to have our collapsing stone retaining wall replaced. Matt was thorough in his assessment and explanation of what was going on with the deteriorating wall and what my options were in having a new one installed. With his guidance we chose a more modern design that would look great and perform much better than the old one. TMJ actually came in with a lower quote than I had expected, so that was also a welcome surprise! The job was completed in a timely manner without incident and the final retaining wall was excellent. In addition to the quality workmanship, we appreciated the great communication, the timeliness of the work schedule, the competitive pricing, and the friendly professionalism at every step of the process. TMJ came highly recommended to us by our landscape designer, and we are so happy that we decided to go with them!
