My family contacted this company last fall looking for a general quote to install new sod in our backyard—just a rough idea of cost to help us plan. Instead, we got the runaround for several days. When we finally got in touch, they insisted they had to come out to take their own measurements and wouldn’t even provide a ballpark estimate based on the details we already had, which felt unnecessary for such a simple request. After nearly two weeks of back and forth, we decided not to move forward. The whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be, and the attitude we encountered left a bad impression.

TLC shows up and parks in the fire route every time they come here. The people that
Live in this complex are not even allowed to park there. We will get tickets. TLC will also snow plow over your garbage and recycling bins and ruin your property and grass. They purposely buried my property and when I brought it to their attention they shrugged it off and didn’t even say sorry. Not a very professional company.

This company cleaned our gutters at our Sarnia condo without notice. Blew crap all over my yard including onto my umbrella, plants, and my child's things.

They didn't clean up they simply blew the junk to the perimeter of our small yard. There's still junk all over my porch and my vegetables. Now I have to clean it all up. I'm only sharing the before photo if you want to see the rest you can contact me.

I live in a condo area that TLC is supposed to be taking care of. TLC has got to be the worst company when it comes to snow removal. I used to plow and shovel so I know what is required to do a good job. When there is no vehicle in the way you should ALWAYS back drag the snow and then push it into the snow pile. They have done that once this year. Because of there shear neglect to do there job I have fallen more then once. This time I hurt my arm and my back pretty bad, I recently recovered from a crack in my lower spine so I am REALLY hoping this doesn’t push me backwards in my recovery. To top it off the plow people shoved the snow right up against my garage and cracked my siding and crushed my downspout.

I have never seen a company care so little about their work. They just started at Mornington and They didn’t do any edging and just drove over garbage and had garbage everywhere all over the lawns. Some of them stand around chatting while others work. The private company before them are 10X better and it took them hours to have a Beautiful Job afterwards. TLC are rude people as well can’t even just say hi to anyone. I do not recommend you use this company.

It’s almost 2pm. TLC is nowhere to be found as usual after a snowfall.

Simple solution Dave & Team. Stop being greedy and taking on more contracts than you can effectively service.

We’ve had so many issues with this company managing the landscaping and winter maintenance of our condo. The winter maintenance in particular leaves much to be desired. They never come early enough, so we always have to shovel our own driveway when a bad snow hits. They also chose not to use indicators on our lawn and predictably chewed up the front foot of our whole yard. Our condo company doesn’t seem to care, so I’m giving them a bad review. Please don’t hire these people!

I live in a condo complex that TLC takes care of. I happen to live at the T intersection and they constantly use my small patch of land to plow a lot of snow and bury my recycle boxes and garbage bags. Because of this the city garbage collectors do not pick up my garbage. I’m only allowed 3 bags of garbage every 2 weeks. And am forced to drive from North London to manning drive dump to get rid of garbage and pay for a service we as tax payers are already paying for. My unit is the only unit in this complex that this company does this to, no other unit has this problem. I have already tried talking to the company but was met with a rude receptionist and told it was my fault. I guess I’m not allowed to place my garbage at my own curb because of TLC cannot do their job correctly. I place my garbage out and this company burns it in snow and doesn’t care that they are affecting everyone around them. The picture here shows my blue bins burned and garbage bags are completely covered. I would not recommend this company for any purpose, they are extremely unprofessional
