I had the brick work and parging done on the side of my steps back in spring of 2021. It was addressed but then in spring 2022, I reached out to company about it chipping and bricks falling. They said nothing could be done as it is designed incorrectly; had they known of this, they would never have taken the job.

Why am i reporting this now? Because more and more of my bricks are falling and there is a gapping hole forming that could compromise the foundation of my house. Given the amount of money i put in this project, I should be given a better answer than nothing can be done.

After getting three quotes, Adam was by far the most professional and helpful we had contacted. He and his team arrived on time and ready to work. They were able to affect a seamless repair matching the spacing and pattern of the existing brickwork. They also repaired some cracking in the nearby vicinity, I don't believe these were associated with damage they were there to fix. They cleaned up completely afterwards, and made sure we were happy with the work done. A testament to there care and attention to detail. Any future masonry needs by us will not require quotes from other company's. Would highly recommend TJ Sier's Masonry!
