Huge shoutout for exceptional customer service. I live in Abbotsford and I’m in a section where I’m parallel to the highway, where the widening is happening. There was a mobile construction light that was shining into my window, it was very bright. I called in the morning, the receptionist was very pleasant, and she knew exactly who I needed to speak with. I left my information, and within a hour I received a call back. The gentleman on the phone was also amazing, and said he would contact the Superintendent, and it would be taken care of that night, and it was.
